Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive understanding of their business performance through detailed reports and data visualization, Mipler — Advanced Reports is the superior choice. Its ability to integrate metafields, tags, and offer custom calculations provides a level of analytical depth that SM Post Purchase Survey & NPS simply doesn't offer. However, if the primary goal is to gather direct customer feedback and improve the buying experience, SM Post Purchase Survey & NPS is the better option. It's ease of use and focus on customer opinions makes it ideal for quick and actionable insights. The choice depends entirely on the merchant's specific analytical and feedback requirements.
Given the significantly larger number of reviews for Mipler (492 vs 6), it suggests a broader adoption and a more established track record within the Shopify ecosystem for complex reporting needs. This further strengthens the recommendation of Mipler for merchants prioritizing in-depth data analysis.
