Our Verdict
Based on the available data, Mercuri WhatsApp SMS Marketing holds a slight edge due to its positive rating and existing reviews, even though the sample size is small. For smaller businesses primarily concerned with boosting sales through WhatsApp and SMS marketing, Mercuri may be the better option. However, for larger Shopify stores struggling with internal order management and needing to delegate tasks efficiently among staff, OrderAlerts, despite its lack of reviews, offers a potentially valuable solution. The choice depends heavily on whether the primary need is external customer engagement or internal workflow automation. Merchants should consider that lack of reviews for OrderAlerts presents a risk and further due diligence is warranted before adoption.
