Our Verdict
For merchants primarily concerned with proactively engaging customers through SMS notifications, recovering abandoned carts, and soliciting reviews via SMS, Manifest Twillio Integration appears to be the more suitable option. However, the lack of reviews is a significant concern, indicating it's untested by the market. Conversely, for merchants facing challenges with managing returns and exchanges efficiently and seeking to streamline those processes, WeSupply Returns & Exchanges is likely the better choice. Its perfect rating and existing reviews suggest a positive user experience. Considering the absence of reviews for Manifest Twillio Integration, it's difficult to recommend it over the tested WeSupply Returns & Exchanges, unless SMS notifications are absolutely critical and the merchant is comfortable with potentially being an early adopter.
