Our Verdict
The choice between Magic Tips and Try with Mirra Before You Buy depends entirely on the merchant's needs. If a merchant simply wants to enable tipping on their store, Magic Tips is the obvious choice, assuming it functions as described. However, the lack of reviews and 0-star rating raises concerns about its reliability. Merchants should proceed with caution and thoroughly test the app before widespread use.
Try with Mirra Before You Buy caters specifically to fashion, beauty, and lifestyle brands seeking to improve conversion rates and reduce customer hesitation around purchases. The positive reviews and comprehensive feature set, including return management and marketing support, make it a promising option for these types of businesses. However, the higher complexity of setup compared to Magic Tips needs to be considered.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up?
Based on the descriptions, Magic Tips appears significantly easier to set up, offering a simple one-click installation. Try with Mirra likely involves more configuration due to features like return management and customer portals.
Which app is better for increasing average order value?
Try with Mirra Before You Buy is specifically designed to increase order sizes by allowing customers to try before they buy. Magic Tips focuses solely on tipping and wouldn't directly impact the initial order value.
Which app provides customer support?
Try with Mirra Before You Buy explicitly mentions 24/7 support, while Magic Tips does not mention customer support at all. This makes Try with Mirra preferable if ongoing assistance is important.
Which app is more appropriate for a digital product store?
Neither app is particularly well-suited for a digital product store. Magic Tips might be usable as a general donation option, but Try with Mirra's "try before you buy" functionality is inherently unsuitable for digital products.
Given the lack of reviews for Magic Tips, is it a risky choice?
Yes, the absence of reviews and a 0/5 rating for Magic Tips make it a risky choice. Merchants should exercise caution and thoroughly test the app in a development environment before implementing it on their live store. Alternative tipping apps with positive reviews might be a safer option.
