Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants needing to optimize their shipping processes, particularly those using GLS in Eastern Europe, MyGLS Professional is the clear choice. The ability to print unlimited labels and integrate parcel shops directly into the checkout flow provides significant operational advantages. Lucid Bot is only suitable for merchants specifically aiming to communicate via WhatsApp for order updates. However, the low number of reviews raises concerns about its reliability and widespread adoption. Considering the available data, MyGLS Professional offers a more established and comprehensive solution for its target audience.
