Loop Subscriptions App vs MBC Bundle Builderfor Shopify (2026)
Loop Subscriptions App and MBC Bundle Builder serve distinct, though overlapping, needs for Shopify merchants. Its strengths lie in robust automation, subscription-specific features (like payment recovery and cancellation flows), and analytics. It's targeted towards established brands looking to scale their subscription business with advanced tools. MBC Bundle Builder, on the other hand, specializes primarily in product bundles and custom boxes. It emphasizes customer empowerment by allowing shoppers to create their own bundles, and its strengths are in the visual presentation of bundles and offering flexible bundle configurations. Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing a full-fledged subscription management system with advanced automation and churn reduction strategies, Loop Subscriptions App is the clear choice. Its high rating and numerous reviews suggest strong user satisfaction and effectiveness. However, if the primary goal is to enable customers to create their own product bundles and enhance the visual presentation of those bundles to increase AOV, MBC Bundle Builder offers a more targeted solution. While its rating is slightly lower and review count is significantly less, it focuses squarely on providing flexible bundle creation and customization options. Smaller stores or those just venturing into bundling might find MBC Bundle Builder simpler to implement.
