Our Verdict
If a merchant needs to manage their own local delivery fleet, optimize delivery routes, and track drivers, Local delivery + Pickup ‑ SE is the clear choice. Its comprehensive feature set and focus on direct delivery operations make it suitable for businesses that prioritize control and efficiency in their last-mile delivery process.
However, if a merchant's primary goal is to quickly and easily offer a wide network of pickup points in the Czech Republic and the EU via Packeta, Zasilkovna • Packeta connect is the better option. It simplifies integration with the Packeta network and allows customers to choose convenient pickup locations. The Zasilkovna • Packeta connect app would be most effective for stores which do not have a delivery fleet.
