Our Verdict
Choosing between Koin Cashback & Store Credit and Wishlist ‑ Wishify depends heavily on the merchant's primary goals. If the focus is on nurturing existing customer relationships, boosting repeat purchases through rewards, and managing store credit effectively, then Koin is the superior choice. Especially if the merchant is on Shopify Plus and requires B2B customer support. However, if the main objective is to enhance product discovery, drive conversions by reminding customers of saved items, and leveraging social sharing for increased reach, Wishlist ‑ Wishify is the more appropriate solution. Merchants can even consider integrating both, using Wishlists to increase customer engagement and awareness and Koin to reward purchases, thereby solidifying customer loyalty.
