Our Verdict
The choice between Keepoala and Recurpay hinges on the merchant's primary business need. If the biggest pain point is high return rates impacting profitability, and the goal is to encourage customers to keep their orders, Keepoala is the more suitable option. The loyalty program and return portal provide targeted solutions for managing returns and rewarding customers who minimize them. However, if the merchant is looking to generate consistent revenue streams through subscriptions, offering flexible payment plans and self-service subscription management, Recurpay is the clear winner. Its comprehensive subscription features and strong customer support system are crucial for a successful subscription-based business.
