Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on reducing cart abandonment and enabling a 'save for later' experience, Keep on Hold Wishlist is a targeted and efficient solution. Its simplicity and quick setup make it ideal for smaller businesses or those who want a focused feature without the complexities of a full loyalty program.
However, for businesses prioritizing long-term customer retention, brand advocacy, and a comprehensive loyalty ecosystem, Loyoly ‑ Loyalty and Referral is the superior choice. Its extensive features, including rewards, referrals, and UGC collection, provide a robust platform for building lasting customer relationships. While the setup might be slightly more involved, the long-term benefits of a well-designed loyalty program outweigh the initial effort.
