If a merchant is primarily focused on retaining existing customers through targeted SMS marketing campaigns with features like image sending and campaign scheduling, Notify Customers seems like a better option. Its features are clearly laid out and focused on this specific use case. The higher number of reviews also suggests more users have found value in its functionality.
However, if a merchant is looking for a broader communication tool that includes WhatsApp integration, Karix SMS and WhatsApp Notify may be more suitable. This could be valuable for merchants targeting international customers or those who prefer communicating through WhatsApp. More information on Karix SMS and WhatsApp Notify's feature set is needed for a definitive recommendation, but for merchants prioritizing pure SMS marketing and customer retention, Notify Customers seems the stronger choice based on the provided information.
