Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants primarily focused on leveraging WhatsApp for marketing and direct customer engagement, Kanal: WhatsApp Marketing+Chat could be a viable option, especially given its perfect rating. However, the limited number of reviews suggests a smaller user base and possibly fewer features compared to Wizybot. Wizybot ‑ AI Chatbot is the superior choice for merchants seeking a comprehensive AI-powered solution to automate customer support across multiple channels, personalize customer experiences, and drive sales. Its higher review count indicates greater adoption and potentially a more mature platform. Merchants experiencing high volumes of support requests across various channels will likely find Wizybot's AI-driven automation and multi-channel inbox invaluable.
