Our Verdict
If your primary goal is to maximize the marketing and engagement potential of WhatsApp, and you don't require multi-channel support or integrated Shopify order management, Kanal: WhatsApp Marketing+Chat, with its perfect rating, might be a good choice. It appears to be highly effective within its specific niche.
However, if you need a comprehensive customer service solution that handles multiple messaging channels, integrates with your Shopify store for order management, and facilitates sales-focused customer interactions, WhatsApp & Helpdesk ‑ MyAlice is the better option. It's geared towards growing e-commerce merchants who require a more robust and versatile helpdesk platform, especially those looking to migrate from existing solutions. Despite the slightly lower rating, MyAlice's broader feature set and focus on sales conversions make it a more powerful tool for larger or more complex businesses.
