Common Questions
Can iPacky and Return Prime be used together?
While they don't directly integrate, they address different stages of the e-commerce lifecycle. iPacky optimizes fulfillment before shipping, while Return Prime manages returns after the customer receives the order. A business could potentially benefit from using both apps to improve both ends of the process.
Which app is easier to set up and use?
iPacky emphasizes customizable workflow matching, which may require some initial setup to align with existing processes. Return Prime aims for automated return management, potentially making it easier to get started for merchants comfortable with its pre-built features.
What if I primarily sell digital products?
Neither app would be directly relevant. iPacky focuses on physical product fulfillment, and Return Prime manages physical product returns.
Does iPacky handle shipping label generation?
The app description mentions printing pick lists/packing slips but does not explicitly state that it generates shipping labels. Further research would be needed to confirm this feature.
Can Return Prime prevent fraudulent returns?
Return Prime allows setting custom rules to auto-approve or reject returns by reason and eligibility, which can help mitigate fraudulent return requests, but it may not eliminate them entirely. Integrated logistics tracking also helps with this.
