Our Verdict
IO Pay, despite its lack of reviews, could be a suitable choice for merchants specifically needing payment processing solutions, especially those targeting the Brazilian market and needing PIX support. However, the absence of any user feedback makes it a riskier choice compared to Koin. Koin Cashback & Store Credit is the clear winner for merchants prioritizing customer retention and loyalty programs. Its high rating, numerous reviews, and feature set geared towards rewards, cashback, and store credit management make it a more reliable and feature-rich option for boosting customer lifetime value. The Shopify Flow integration and B2B support further solidify its position for larger or more sophisticated businesses.
