If your primary goal is to integrate your active Instagram presence into your Shopify store and leverage visual content for social proof, Instafeed+Story Instagram Feed is likely the better choice. It allows you to showcase your Instagram feed and Stories, enriching your store with user-generated content already existing on Instagram.
However, if your main objective is to actively build trust and credibility through direct customer feedback, including ratings, reviews, photos, and videos, Reviews Junction is a more appropriate solution. Its features focus on collecting, managing, and showcasing reviews, along with incentivizing customer participation. The next-purchase discount feature is likely very impactful.
