InPost – oficjalna aplikacja vs Intuitive Shippingfor Shopify (2026)
InPost – oficjalna aplikacja is specifically designed for merchants in Poland who utilize InPost's shipping services, including Paczkomat lockers, courier deliveries, and weekend deliveries. Its core strength lies in direct integration with InPost's ecosystem, enabling features like label generation, pickup scheduling, and shipment tracking. However, it requires a Shopify Advanced plan or Carrier-Calculated Shipping option and its limited feature set and low ratings suggest potential user experience challenges. Intuitive Shipping, on the other hand, is a more general shipping solution that caters to merchants with complex shipping needs, regardless of location. Its strength lies in its flexibility, allowing merchants to tailor shipping options based on various conditions, control pricing, and brand their checkout experience. The app is positioned as a solution for businesses that have outgrown basic Shopify shipping and require more advanced features. The high rating and significant number of reviews indicate positive user experiences and reliable support. Given their distinct focuses and target audiences, the choice between the two apps depends heavily on the merchant's specific requirements and location. InPost is appropriate only for businesses that need to use InPost. Intuitive Shipping is for merchants that are looking for a more robust and customisable shipping solution.

Our Verdict
For Polish merchants heavily reliant on InPost's services, and who are on Shopify Advanced or have access to carrier calculated shipping, the InPost app provides a direct integration that can streamline their shipping process. However, the low rating and small number of reviews should give merchants pause and they need to closely review the documentation prior to using the app.
For merchants with complex shipping requirements who need flexibility and control over their checkout experience, Intuitive Shipping is the clear winner. Its high rating, substantial review count, and comprehensive feature set offer a more robust and customizable solution. This is especially true for stores operating outside of Poland, or for those who use a variety of carriers.
Common Questions
Which app is better for a small business in Poland that only uses InPost?
The InPost app would be suitable, but the low ratings suggest that it may not be as intuitive or reliable. Consider carefully reading the documentation and potentially trying a free trial, if available, to ensure it meets your needs.
Which app offers more control over shipping costs?
Intuitive Shipping provides granular pricing control, allowing you to charge exactly what you want for shipping. The InPost app is limited to the rates provided by InPost.
Does either app offer international shipping options?
The InPost app is primarily focused on domestic shipping within Poland using InPost services. Intuitive Shipping is more versatile and can be configured for international shipping with various carriers.
Which app is easier to set up and use?
While the InPost app might seem simple due to its specific focus, the low rating suggests there might be usability challenges. Intuitive Shipping, despite its advanced features, offers onboarding and dedicated support, making it potentially easier to set up and use, especially for complex shipping scenarios.
Which app has better customer support?
Intuitive Shipping explicitly mentions 'human support' as part of their value proposition, suggesting a higher level of customer support compared to the InPost app, which does not emphasize support in its description.
