Immersive Shopping and Videos vs Moast Shoppable Videos & UGCfor Shopify (2026)
Immersive Shopping and Videos and Moast Shoppable Videos & UGC are both Shopify apps designed to leverage the power of video and live streaming to enhance the shopping experience and drive sales. Immersive Shopping and Videos positions itself as an all-in-one solution for products needing explanation or demonstration, featuring an 'Autonomous Sales Agent' and 'Personal Shopping Assistant' alongside live and recorded shoppable videos. It emphasizes autonomous functionality and 24/7 support. Moast Shoppable Videos & UGC focuses specifically on shoppable videos and user-generated content, suggesting a more specialized approach to incorporating video into the customer journey. The primary difference lies in the scope of features and the target merchant. Immersive Shopping and Videos aims at merchants needing a comprehensive, almost AI-powered, sales support system. Moast, while sharing the core shoppable video functionality, appears to center on leveraging existing UGC alongside professionally produced shoppable videos, potentially appealing to merchants already active in social media and community building. Both apps aim to increase conversions and AOV, but Immersive Shopping and Videos more explicitly mentions reduced returns and solidified customer relationships as key benefits. While both apps enjoy perfect ratings, Moast Shoppable Videos & UGC has significantly more reviews, suggesting wider adoption and a more established presence within the Shopify ecosystem.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a complete, automated sales solution with AI-driven support and a focus on explaining complex products, Immersive Shopping and Videos presents a compelling option, despite the limited number of reviews. The 'Autonomous Sales Agent' and 'Personal Shopping Assistant' features could be invaluable for businesses with high customer support needs. However, the smaller review count makes assessing real-world performance challenging.
Moast Shoppable Videos & UGC is likely a better fit for merchants already generating user-generated content or comfortable creating their own video content. The larger number of reviews provides more confidence in its stability and effectiveness. If your focus is on integrating video seamlessly into your existing marketing strategy and leveraging UGC, Moast appears to be the stronger choice. The ease of use, however, is harder to compare since only Immersive Shopping and Videos mentions it directly.
