Our Verdict
HiTide: Grow your SMS List is best suited for merchants who already have a robust SMS marketing strategy using platforms like Attentive or Klaviyo and want to expand their subscriber base through Instagram DM automation. It's a supplementary tool for growth, not a standalone solution. On the other hand, SlickText: SMS Marketing is a more comprehensive option for merchants who need a full-fledged SMS marketing platform, including list growth tools, automation capabilities, and customer service features. Given the complete lack of reviews for SlickText currently, caution is advised; however, its feature set is undeniably more complete.
