Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive communication platform encompassing WhatsApp, SMS, and push notifications for abandoned cart recovery and general marketing, Hextom: WhatsApp, SMS & Push appears to be the stronger choice due to its established presence and broader feature set. Its lower rating is not necessarily indicative of a worse product; it could simply be a statistical artifact of a larger review base, allowing for more variance. However, if a merchant's strategy revolves primarily around WhatsApp and values a potentially simpler, more streamlined interface and a perfect rating (albeit from a smaller sample), Wa : WhatsApp Marketing & Chat could be a better fit, especially if they prioritize ease of use and a laser focus on WhatsApp marketing automation. Smaller businesses and those new to messaging marketing may find the focused approach of Wa easier to adopt.
