Helpify24 vs UnanimityAIfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, Shopify merchants choosing a helpdesk app face distinct options with Helpify24 and UnanimityAI. Helpify24, described in Italian, positions itself as a hands-on, expert-driven support agency offering assistance with tasks like app installation, content creation, and social media management. Its focus is on personalized human support. UnanimityAI, on the other hand, is an AI-powered solution designed to automate customer support processes, including returns, refunds, and shipping label generation. It aims to streamline support across multiple channels using AI, offering customization through brand prompts and tool creation. The key difference lies in their approach. Helpify24 provides direct human assistance, making it potentially suitable for merchants who value personalized guidance and prefer interacting with experts. UnanimityAI focuses on automation, offering a scalable solution for handling routine customer service tasks. While Helpify24 has a perfect rating, it's based on only four reviews. UnanimityAI lacks any reviews at all, presenting a risk for potential users as there's no community validation of its performance. The ideal choice will depend on the merchant's specific needs and priorities – human touch versus automated efficiency.

Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing personalized support and direct human interaction, especially if comfortable with Italian, Helpify24 might be a suitable choice, despite the limited number of reviews. However, the small number of reviews is a red flag. Merchants seeking to automate customer service tasks, streamline returns and refunds, and manage multiple channels efficiently, UnanimityAI presents a more scalable solution. But its lack of reviews makes it a riskier option. Due to the lack of reviews for UnanimityAI, Helpify24 is potentially preferable for merchants looking for a lower risk solution, provided they're comfortable with the Italian description and are seeking the services Helpify24 provides.
