Helpify24 vs Lopaa AIfor Shopify (2026)
Helpify24 and Lopaa AI, both listed under the Helpdesk category on Shopify, offer different approaches to customer support. Helpify24, despite a limited number of reviews, positions itself as a comprehensive, human-powered support resource for general Shopify store management, especially helpful for Italian-speaking merchants (given the Italian language used in the description). They aim to be a complete e-commerce agency in the cloud with focus on App installation, visual content management, mail and newsletter support and providing social media advise. Lopaa AI, on the other hand, focuses on streamlining customer complaints and queries through a centralized system integrating with CRMs. Lopaa AI emphasizes efficient management of customer issues with features like a complaint management system, order tracking, and real-time chat with agents and AI, targeting businesses that prioritize organized and data-driven support workflows. Helpify24 doesn't detail CRM integrations, focusing instead on hands-on assistance with various aspects of Shopify store operation. Lopaa AI does not have any reviews and a zero star rating, it seems to be a new app. The target user persona for Lopaa AI is larger, well established Shopify merchants that use a CRM, while Helpify24 targets Italian speakers who are not necessarily familiar with technical aspects of e-commerce and seek general human-powered guidance.

Our Verdict
For Italian-speaking Shopify merchants who need general, hands-on assistance with various aspects of their store, including app installation, content creation, and social media marketing, Helpify24 is likely the better choice, despite the limited review count. The focus on human interaction and breadth of services make it suitable for those less technically inclined.
On the other hand, Lopaa AI is a better fit for businesses prioritizing efficient customer support workflows, order tracking, and centralized complaint management. The CRM integration is a significant advantage for larger businesses that want to track customer interactions comprehensively and streamline their customer service processes. However, the lack of reviews is a significant risk factor, and merchants should proceed with caution and carefully evaluate its features during any free trial period.
