Our Verdict
Grapevine Post Purchase Survey is better suited for established Shopify stores that require extensive customer insights at scale and need to attribute success to specific marketing channels. The integration with various platforms and the unlimited response feature make it a robust solution for data-driven decision-making. Hidden Gems ‑ Pre&Post Surveys is a better choice for smaller stores or new stores still in growth phase that wants to focus on customer experience or gather more information before the purchase. Its unique question flow approach aims to get insight with less disruption. The lack of reviews makes Hidden Gems a riskier, albeit potentially innovative, choice.
