Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants prioritizing speed and ease of use in setting up basic surveys, particularly those focused on marketing attribution and pre/post-purchase feedback via email or product inserts, Gojiberry Survey & Feedback is the better choice. Its emphasis on 1-minute setup and targeted segmentation makes it ideal for businesses wanting quick insights without a steep learning curve.
However, for merchants looking for a comprehensive customer feedback solution that incorporates AI-driven analysis, video testimonials, and product recommendation quizzes, UserLoop Surveys & Feedback is the superior option. Its AI capabilities, combined with a wider range of feedback mechanisms, make it suitable for businesses wanting a deeper understanding of their customers and to leverage social proof to drive conversions. While potentially more complex to set up, the benefits of AI-powered insights and broader feedback channels make it worthwhile for merchants seeking more than just basic survey functionality.
