Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants who want to provide a highly personalized and engaging gift card experience with features like video messages and scheduled delivery, Gist | Gift Card Pro Tools is the better choice. The higher rating and larger number of reviews suggest strong user satisfaction. However, if a merchant's primary goal is to leverage gift cards and store credit to drive sales, increase AOV, and foster customer loyalty through cashback rewards and personalized email marketing (via Klaviyo), izi Gift Cards & Store Credit is a more suitable option. While it has fewer reviews, its features are specifically designed for boosting revenue and customer retention.
