Our Verdict
For merchants seeking comprehensive, traditional gift options (wrapping, cards, etc.) across their store, Gift Options Plus might seem appealing, but the low rating and reviews raise concerns. Its strength is providing multiple gift options in one app and being easily customizable. However, the low rating may indicate that there are unresolved issues and that a higher-rated app with similar functionality might be a better bet.
Video Greet: Gift Messaging is the better choice for merchants focused on personalized, modern gift experiences. It offers a unique audio/video messaging service with strong support for corporate gifts and bulk orders. The higher rating and larger number of reviews suggests greater customer satisfaction. The revenue generation feature is also a significant advantage for stores wanting to monetize gift messaging.
