Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing customer acquisition through word-of-mouth and seeking a robust referral program with tiered rewards and email integration, Gather: Refer a Friend is the better choice. Its focus on referral marketing and customizable options for incentivizing customers make it suitable for businesses looking to leverage their existing customer base for growth. However, the low review count is a consideration.
Wishlist ‑ Wishify is more appropriate for merchants focused on improving the overall customer experience and increasing sales by allowing customers to easily save and share products they are interested in. The Wishlist feature adds convenience and encourages repeat visits, ultimately contributing to higher conversion rates and customer loyalty. It's a solid choice for any store looking to implement basic wishlist functionality.
