Our Verdict
Fullcourt is the better choice for Shopify merchants who already have a customer support team in place and want to empower them with a more efficient and organized workflow. It offers direct control over customer interactions and order management. However, the lack of reviews is a serious concern.
Notch – Customer Support Suite is ideal for Shopify merchants who want to completely outsource their customer support operations. It frees up their time and resources to focus on other aspects of their business. The 5/5 rating is promising, but the low number of reviews should be taken into consideration.
