Fullcourt vs Kustomerfor Shopify (2026)
Fullcourt and Kustomer both aim to improve customer support for Shopify merchants, but they differ significantly in their approach and target audience. Fullcourt positions itself as a simple and easy-to-use helpdesk focusing on core support functionalities like unified inbox, order management, and internal team collaboration. It aims to provide a streamlined solution for smaller to medium-sized businesses looking for a straightforward way to manage customer interactions across multiple channels. Kustomer, on the other hand, is an AI-powered CRM designed for larger eCommerce and retail businesses seeking to revolutionize their support with deep customer insights and personalized experiences. It emphasizes a holistic view of customer data and automated workflows to enhance customer service quality and responsiveness. The crucial difference lies in the complexity and scope of features. Fullcourt focuses on essential helpdesk functionalities such as order editing and refunding directly within the app, while Kustomer boasts advanced AI-powered features, dynamic message customization and chatbot templates. Kustomer aims for a more data-driven, proactive customer support experience while Fullcourt centers around simplicity and ease of use for common customer inquiries. The review data highlights this difference; Kustomer has received significantly more reviews and a perfect rating, suggesting a more established user base and positive experiences, although this also means it's not available or usable for everybody.

Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants needing a basic, easy-to-use helpdesk solution without the complexities of a full-fledged CRM, Fullcourt might be suitable. It offers essential features for managing customer inquiries and orders in a unified interface. However, the lack of reviews raises concerns about its reliability and functionality in practice. Kustomer is a better choice for larger eCommerce businesses seeking advanced AI-powered CRM capabilities and a data-driven approach to customer support. The high rating and positive reviews suggest a more robust and reliable solution, although its complexity might require more initial setup and training. The significant number of reviews makes it the objectively less risky choice, even if the other option might be a better fit if it worked flawlessly.
Common Questions
Which app is easier to set up and use?
Based on its description, Fullcourt is likely easier to set up and use due to its focus on simplicity and core helpdesk functionalities. Kustomer, with its AI CRM features, will require more configuration and potentially specialized training.
Which app is better for larger businesses?
Kustomer is better suited for larger businesses, offering a comprehensive CRM solution with advanced AI features, data integration, and automation capabilities. Fullcourt seems more appropriate for small to medium-sized businesses with basic customer support needs.
Which app has better order management capabilities?
Both apps offer order management capabilities, with Fullcourt allowing you to edit, refund, and duplicate orders and Kustomer allowing direct refunds/cancellations. The "better" app depends on the specific workflow. Fullcourt seems better for in-depth order changes, while Kustomer seems focused on simple refunds/cancellations from the support timeline.
Which app offers a more personalized customer experience?
Kustomer's AI CRM and dynamic message customization features are designed to deliver a more personalized customer experience. While Fullcourt focuses on providing relevant customer context through order details and conversation history, it lacks the AI-powered personalization capabilities of Kustomer.
Is Fullcourt a reliable option considering its lack of reviews?
The lack of reviews for Fullcourt is a significant concern. While it may offer a simpler solution, the absence of user feedback makes it difficult to assess its reliability and effectiveness. Merchants should proceed with caution and thoroughly test the app before committing to a long-term subscription.
