Fuel: Print on Demand vs MyDesigns: Print on Demandfor Shopify (2026)
In 2026, both Fuel: Print on Demand and MyDesigns: Print on Demand offer solutions for Shopify merchants looking to streamline their print-on-demand business. Fuel boasts a substantial number of reviews (246) and a strong rating (4.9/5), suggesting a well-established user base and generally positive experience. MyDesigns, while newer with fewer reviews (29) but a perfect 5/5 rating, explicitly positions itself as a platform for scaling print-on-demand operations with its emphasis on bulk publishing and premium mockups. MyDesigns targets merchants who need to efficiently create and manage a large catalog of personalized products. Its key features focus on bulk operations, such as bulk mockup generation and publishing, indicating a focus on automation and scalability. Fuel's specific feature set isn't provided beyond its general function as a print-on-demand app, making it difficult to ascertain its specific strengths relative to MyDesigns. Therefore, the ideal choice depends on the merchant's priorities: a proven track record with a larger user base (Fuel) versus a potentially more streamlined platform for scaling personalized product lines (MyDesigns).

Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing a proven, reliable print-on-demand app with a large user base and strong average rating, Fuel: Print on Demand is a solid choice. Its extensive review count provides a degree of confidence in its performance and customer satisfaction. However, for merchants specifically seeking to scale their print-on-demand business, particularly with personalized products, MyDesigns: Print on Demand appears to be the better option. Its features like bulk mockup generation and publishing are explicitly designed to streamline the management of large product catalogs.
The lower review count of MyDesigns should be considered, but the perfect 5/5 rating suggests early adopters are highly satisfied with its unique feature set and focus on scalability. Therefore, a merchant with a strong need for scaling and automation in personalized POD should carefully consider MyDesigns despite the lower review count, while a merchant seeking a general-purpose and well-vetted solution might prefer Fuel.
