Our Verdict
Based on the information available, Gojiberry Survey & Feedback appears to be the significantly stronger choice for most Shopify merchants in 2026. Its high rating, substantial number of reviews, and clearly defined features suggest a mature and reliable product. Merchants looking for a quick and easy way to gather customer feedback to inform their marketing and product development strategies would likely benefit greatly from Gojiberry. Until Formigo Custom Form Builder garners reviews and provides more detailed information about its functionality and benefits, it is difficult to recommend it over Gojiberry. If Formigo offers unique customization capabilities not found in Gojiberry, then more technically inclined merchants may want to keep an eye on it as its user base grows.
