FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder vs Hire Easy ‑ Careers Pagefor Shopify (2026)
FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder and Hire Easy ‑ Careers Page are both Shopify apps in the 'Forms' category with perfect 5/5 ratings, but they cater to drastically different needs. FormCRM is a general-purpose form builder aimed at creating a wide variety of customer-facing forms, from contact forms and newsletters to product order forms and wholesale applications. Its strength lies in its AI-powered form creation, drag-and-drop interface, integrations with email marketing platforms, and features like conditional logic and multilingual support. Hire Easy, on the other hand, is specifically designed for creating a careers page and collecting job applications. The crucial distinction lies in their purpose. FormCRM aims to improve customer engagement and data collection across various touchpoints, enabling merchants to gather information and streamline processes. Hire Easy, conversely, focuses solely on recruitment and talent acquisition. The limited information available on Hire Easy (only 1 review) makes a comprehensive comparison challenging beyond its core functionality. For a business needing diverse form solutions, FormCRM is the clear frontrunner. If the only need is a careers page, Hire Easy fills that niche, but lacks the flexibility and integrations offered by FormCRM for broader application.

Our Verdict
For merchants needing to create various types of forms to interact with customers and collect data (e.g., contact forms, newsletter sign-ups, product feedback surveys), FormCRM AI Custom Form Builder is the superior choice due to its breadth of features, integrations, and AI-powered assistance. It provides a comprehensive solution for managing customer interactions and collecting information. The drag-and-drop interface and support for conditional logic and multilingual forms make it adaptable to various business needs.
However, if a merchant *solely* requires a simple careers page to list job openings and collect applications, and doesn't foresee needing other types of forms, Hire Easy ‑ Careers Page might suffice, although the lack of reviews makes it difficult to assess its reliability and features beyond its core function. Given FormCRM's broader utility, it offers more long-term value and flexibility, even if initially the focus is just on a careers form.
