Our Verdict
Based on the available data, Lably—Product Labels & Badges appears to be the stronger choice for most merchants in 2026. The significantly higher rating and vastly greater number of reviews suggest a much more positive user experience and a more reliable application. Merchants looking for a proven solution to visually enhance their product listings and highlight promotions are likely to be better served by Lably.
However, Focal Countdown Timer Builder might appeal to a very specific niche: merchants heavily focused on flash sales and product launches who require highly customizable countdown timers and are willing to take a risk on a relatively new and untested app. If deep timer customization is paramount and the merchant is willing to troubleshoot, Focal could be considered. Ultimately, the risk associated with Focal, given its rating and reviews, must be weighed against its potential benefits.
