Our Verdict
The choice between Flyweight AI Chat and RQ ‑ WhatsApp Chat Button hinges on the merchant's communication strategy. If a merchant needs a general-purpose AI chatbot for website-based support, Flyweight AI Chat is a suitable option. However, if the merchant's strategy revolves around leveraging WhatsApp for marketing, customer support, and automated notifications like abandoned cart recovery and order updates, RQ ‑ WhatsApp Chat Button is the superior choice.
For merchants already actively using WhatsApp for customer engagement, the RQ ‑ WhatsApp Chat Button provides a more targeted and feature-rich solution for automating and enhancing those interactions. While Flyweight AI Chat may offer broader applicability, RQ delivers specialized functionality that directly addresses key e-commerce challenges through a specific channel.
