Our Verdict
For merchants prioritizing immediate customer interaction, easy communication channels, and a streamlined shopping experience, Floatify: Social & CTA Buttons is the better choice. The positive reviews and focus on accessibility suggest a good return on investment for those looking to quickly improve their conversion rates through readily available support and call-to-actions.
However, if the merchant's primary goal is to educate customers about their products, guide them through complex choices, and reduce post-purchase regrets, Product Picked is the more suitable option. Despite the lack of reviews, the AI-powered approach to product discovery could be invaluable for businesses with extensive or specialized product lines. It's a long-term investment in customer satisfaction and reduced returns.
