Our Verdict
The choice between FlashSearch and Floatify depends entirely on the merchant's primary need. If the priority is to improve the on-site search experience and help customers find products more effectively, FlashSearch is the more relevant choice, despite the concerning lack of positive reviews. However, merchants focused on improving customer engagement, facilitating quick contact, and providing easy access to customer service channels will benefit more from Floatify. Given its perfect rating and more substantial number of reviews, Floatify appears to offer a reliable and effective solution for its intended purpose. If FlashSearch doesn't quickly improve its ratings/reviews or get more users, its viability as a tool would be questionable.
Common Questions
Which app is better for a store with a large product catalog?

What if I need both improved search and customer engagement tools?
Merchants with needs in both areas will likely benefit from using *both* apps, as they address different aspects of the customer journey.
