Feedyio: Product XML Feeds vs Reputon Amazon Importerfor Shopify (2026)
Feedyio: Product XML Feeds and Reputon Amazon Importer cater to vastly different needs within the Shopify ecosystem, despite both residing under the 'Selling Online' category. Feedyio is geared towards merchants looking to expand their reach by listing their products on various marketplaces and shopping engines like Google, Facebook, and Pinterest. Its strength lies in its ability to generate and manage product feeds in multiple formats (XML, CSV, TXT) and support multiple languages and currencies via Shopify Markets. It also caters to more advanced users with the ability to create custom feeds. Reputon Amazon Importer, on the other hand, focuses on streamlining the process of importing products from Amazon to a Shopify store for dropshipping or affiliate marketing. Its key strength is the ease with which it allows merchants to populate their store with products from Amazon, including variants. However, it operates manually, requiring the merchant to handle shipping and order fulfillment independently. The introduction of price auto-sync and import by seller features enhance its appeal to dropshippers looking to automate some aspects of product sourcing and management.
