FeedbackMe Button vs Madgic Order COD Form & Upsellfor Shopify (2026)
FeedbackMe Button and Madgic Order COD Form & Upsell both fall under the 'Forms' category on Shopify, but cater to vastly different needs and target audiences. FeedbackMe Button focuses on collecting general customer feedback via a floating button, aiming to understand customer hesitancy and improve conversion rates. Its value proposition revolves around simplicity and ease of installation, allowing merchants to quickly gather insights directly from their customers. Madgic Order COD Form & Upsell, on the other hand, is a more robust solution specifically designed to optimize Cash on Delivery (COD) checkout processes. It aims to streamline checkout, offer partial payments, and recover abandoned carts, primarily focusing on enhancing the COD experience and boosting sales for merchants utilizing this payment method. The key differentiator lies in their functionalities. FeedbackMe Button offers a simple feedback collection mechanism, while Madgic Order COD Form & Upsell provides a comprehensive COD-focused checkout solution with features like custom forms, partial payments, and abandoned cart recovery. Given their stark difference in features and target audience, choosing between the two depends heavily on whether the merchant is primarily concerned with understanding general customer feedback or optimizing their COD checkout process. Its 5-star rating with 14 reviews suggests user satisfaction, and its feature set is specifically tailored to optimize the COD checkout process, potentially leading to higher conversion rates and increased sales for COD orders. The partial payment option is a particularly compelling feature for businesses seeking to reduce risks associated with COD.
