FavSEO ‑ SEO & Page Speed vs MP ‑ Website Speedyfor Shopify (2026)
FavSEO ‑ SEO & Page Speed and MP ‑ Website Speedy both aim to improve a Shopify store's performance, but they focus on different aspects. FavSEO targets overall SEO health, providing tools for keyword research, rank tracking, sitemap submission, and on-page optimization through title and meta description editing. It's designed for merchants who want to actively manage and improve their store's search engine visibility directly. MP ‑ Website Speedy, on the other hand, concentrates solely on improving website loading speed and core web vitals to boost SEO and ad performance. MP ‑ Website Speedy is positioned as a hands-off solution that instantly supercharges a store's speed using techniques like asynchronous loading and lazy loading. It's ideal for merchants who prioritize user experience, mobile optimization, and improved advertising ROI without needing to directly manage SEO elements like keywords or meta descriptions. While FavSEO offers some page speed analysis, its primary focus is broader SEO management, making it appealing to merchants who want more control over their SEO strategy. MP ‑ Website Speedy appeals to merchants that are prioritizing conversion rate optimization. Both apps are new to the market but early user reviews are good.

Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a comprehensive SEO management solution with tools for keyword research, rank tracking, and on-page optimization, FavSEO ‑ SEO & Page Speed is the better choice. Its suite of features empowers merchants to actively improve their store's search engine visibility. It likely requires more time investment. However, for merchants primarily concerned with improving website loading speed, core web vitals, and advertising ROI without hands-on SEO management, MP ‑ Website Speedy is the preferred option. Its automated optimization techniques deliver instant performance boosts, particularly for mobile users.
