Our Verdict
For merchants looking for a simple, straightforward wishlist solution integrated within their store, FAVS Wishlist Bar *could* be a viable option, assuming its limited reviews are representative. However, the lack of substantial review data makes it difficult to fully assess. GoWish - Global Wishlist is geared towards merchants actively pursuing the gifting market and aiming to expand their reach through a shared network. While it lacks initial reviews, its feature set suggests a more comprehensive approach. Therefore, a new Shopify merchant in 2026 wanting a very simple local wishlist could start with FAVS but will have a hard time validating it due to the low number of reviews. A merchant focused on gift-giving and willing to take a risk on a new app should start with GoWish.
