Our Verdict
For merchants struggling with poor search results and lost sales due to customers not finding what they need, FathomRetail *could* be a promising solution, assuming its AI capabilities deliver as advertised. However, the complete lack of reviews introduces significant risk. For merchants looking for a quick win in terms of boosting customer engagement, providing easy access to support, and simplifying the path to purchase, Floatify: Social & CTA Buttons is the safer and potentially more immediately impactful choice, given its strong rating and established user base. Given the information available, and prioritizing a functional app, Floatify is the recommended choice. Merchants might monitor FathomRetail for future updates and positive reviews before seriously considering it.
