Our Verdict
For merchants struggling with the manual burden of updating tracking numbers and fulfilling orders, especially those dealing with external suppliers and 3PLs using FTP/SFTP or cloud storage, EZ Fulfill ‑ Auto Fulfillment offers a valuable automation solution. However, the low review count and somewhat lower rating (3.8/5) suggest potential issues with user experience or support, which warrants careful consideration and possibly testing the app thoroughly.
Conversely, if the primary goal is to understand customer preferences, identify pain points, and improve the customer journey, Zigpoll Customer Surveys is the clear choice. Its overwhelmingly positive rating (5/5) and large number of reviews (417) indicate high user satisfaction and reliability. The no-code setup and focus on AI-driven insights make it an attractive option for merchants who prioritize customer-centric decision-making. Given the higher rating and larger user base, Zigpoll seems like a more reliable and easier to implement choice for most Shopify merchants.
