Our Verdict
For merchants seeking a hands-on approach with personalized support and are less comfortable with SMS marketing, ExpressText Connect appears to be the better choice. The emphasis on data syncing and segmentation helps with targeted campaigns. However, a low number of reviews is a consideration.
TapOnIt is more suitable for merchants who prioritize automation and visual campaigns. Its focus on behavior-triggered texts and MMS capabilities allows for a more dynamic and engaging customer experience. The ability to track revenue directly linked to campaigns makes it ideal for merchants who want to see clear ROI from their SMS marketing efforts.
