Our Verdict
ExpressText Connect, with its 5-star rating (albeit from a small sample size) and emphasis on support, is likely a better fit for smaller merchants or those less experienced with SMS marketing who prioritize ease of use and hands-on guidance. SlickText, while lacking initial reviews, appears to offer a more robust and scalable solution suitable for businesses looking for advanced features, team collaboration, and comprehensive automation capabilities. Given the absence of ratings for SlickText, merchants should prioritize a trial or demo of both apps to assess their specific needs and usability.
