Our Verdict
For Shopify merchants seeking a comprehensive SMS marketing solution with a focus on customer segmentation and personalized campaigns, ExpressText Connect appears to be the stronger choice. The higher rating, coupled with explicit mentions of data syncing and personalized messaging, suggests a more robust and user-friendly experience. The "white-glove service" also hints at strong customer support. However, merchants primarily concerned with recovering abandoned carts and who want to leverage WhatsApp in addition to SMS should investigate RescueMyCart via Whatsapp, SMS further. Despite the lower rating and limited feature details, its focus on cart recovery could be valuable if that's the primary pain point. Additional research into RescueMyCart's specific functionality and support quality is essential before making a decision.
