Our Verdict
Choosing between ExpressText Connect and Postscript SMS Marketing depends heavily on the merchant's specific needs. ExpressText Connect seems ideal for smaller merchants or those less technically inclined, who would greatly benefit from the 'white-glove service' and automated data syncing for highly targeted campaigns. The lower number of reviews suggests a newer or niche app. Conversely, Postscript SMS Marketing, with its substantial number of reviews, is likely a more mature and potentially versatile platform suitable for a wider range of businesses. However, without more details on Postscript's feature set and support model, it's difficult to make a definitive recommendation beyond suggesting it would be better for merchants comfortable with self-service or those already familiar with SMS marketing strategies.
