Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on maximizing the potential of their existing subscriber data through targeted and personalized SMS campaigns, and who value dedicated support, ExpressText Connect is the stronger choice. Its emphasis on data synchronization and white-glove service addresses a specific need with a focused approach.
However, for merchants looking for a more holistic marketing solution that integrates email, SMS, and popups, Grid & Pixel Email‑SMS‑Popups might be a better fit. While the depth of its SMS capabilities is not specified, its broader functionality could offer a more comprehensive marketing strategy. The larger number of reviews also suggests a more mature and widely adopted product, albeit at the cost of potentially less personalized support.
