Our Verdict
For merchants primarily focused on streamlining order management and who are comfortable working with Google Sheets, Exportsy Sync To Google Sheets is a viable option. Its targeted approach to order data syncing, separation of data, and support for product variants provides a simpler solution for managing orders within a familiar spreadsheet environment. The lower number of reviews compared to SyncBase suggests that it's either a newer app or has a smaller user base.
On the other hand, SyncBase Airtable Instant Sync caters to merchants requiring a more robust and flexible data management solution. The two-way sync, broader data support, and the option to build custom workflows and tools through its 'Studio' service make it ideal for businesses with complex operations and a need for complete data control. While it may require a greater initial investment of time and potentially money (using the Studio service), it offers a scalable solution for managing all aspects of a Shopify store's data within Airtable.
