Exportify Custom Order Exports vs Mipler — Advanced Reportsfor Shopify (2026)
Exportify Custom Order Exports and Mipler — Advanced Reports both address operational needs for Shopify merchants, but cater to different priorities. Exportify focuses specifically on exporting order data in customized formats for use in external systems like accounting software or product customization platforms. Its core strength lies in its ability to extract and format order information, particularly customization fields obtained through order notes or line item properties. It's primarily aimed at merchants needing precise control over the structure of their exported order data, often for integration with other applications. Mipler, on the other hand, is a comprehensive reporting and analytics tool designed for visualizing and understanding store performance through custom reports and dashboards. Mipler excels in generating various types of reports (sales, financial, customer, inventory), allows for data visualization, and facilitates sharing reports via scheduled emails or public links. It supports metafields, tags, and note attributes for richer insights and includes an AI assistant for report creation. While it offers data export capabilities, its main focus is on providing actionable insights through data analysis and visualization. The core strength is helping merchants quickly understand performance, see patterns, and derive insights that would not be readily apparent when dealing with raw data.

Our Verdict
For merchants needing to seamlessly integrate Shopify order data with external systems, particularly those relying on customized order data (e.g., product personalization businesses), Exportify Custom Order Exports is the better choice. It offers the precise control over data formatting required for successful integration. If you need to extract customer inputs captured as order notes or line item properties, Exportify appears to be the only app listed which is able to do so.
However, for merchants primarily focused on understanding overall store performance, identifying trends, and gaining insights from their data, Mipler — Advanced Reports is the superior option. The extensive reporting capabilities, data visualization options, and the AI assistant provide a more comprehensive and user-friendly experience for data analysis. It’s the stronger choice for merchants needing insights into sales, financials, customer behavior, and inventory management. Mipler, because of the large number of reviews and 5/5 rating, would be considered less of a risk than Exportify.
