Our Verdict
For small Shopify stores with very basic FAQ requirements and limited customer interaction, ET Help Center & FAQ Page might be sufficient. However, due to the extremely low number of reviews, its reliability and feature set are largely unknown. For businesses experiencing growth, a higher volume of customer inquiries, or aiming for automated and efficient customer support, Moose: AI Chatbot & Live Chat is the clear winner. Its AI chatbot, omnichannel inbox, and focus on scalability make it a more robust and future-proof solution, even if it potentially involves a steeper learning curve and subscription fee.
